How quickly will I receive my photos?

All photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, guaranteed. Most galleries arrive within 12-16 hours. We'll notify you by email the moment your gallery is ready.

What format will I receive the photos in?

You'll receive high-resolution JPEGs through a private online gallery. Files are MLS-ready and sized for web use. You can download individual images or the full gallery as a zip file.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. We understand listings move fast. Just communicate early and we'll work with you.

Is drone photography available for every property?

Drone coverage is available at most Austin-area properties. Some locations near airports or restricted airspace may require FAA authorization, which can take 1–3 business days. We check airspace in advance and will flag any restrictions when you book.

We guarantee delivery within 24 hours of the shoot for all standard packages. For same-day delivery (4–6 hours after we leave), add the Rush Delivery add-on for $75. We will always confirm the exact expected delivery window when we confirm your booking.

All photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, sized and optimized for MLS upload. Files are delivered via a private online gallery where you can download all images at once or individually. Gallery access does not expire.

We understand that real estate timelines shift. Cancellations or reschedules made 24+ hours before the shoot are completely free. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot incur a $50 rebooking fee. We do our best to accommodate last-minute reschedules when weather is a factor.

You receive a license to use the photos for listing marketing, MLS upload, social media, and promotional materials related to the specific property. Apture Media retains copyright and portfolio rights. The photos may not be resold or relicensed to third parties without written permission.

For the best results: declutter countertops and surfaces, clear away personal items (family photos, toiletries, pet supplies), turn on all lights and ceiling fans, open blinds and curtains to let in natural light, and make sure outdoor areas are clean and staged. We'll walk through each room on arrival and flag anything that should be adjusted before we start shooting.

All drone flights are performed by FAA Part 107 certified pilots and we carry full liability insurance for every operation. Drone flights are subject to FAA airspace regulations. We check airspace approval for each property before scheduling. In most Austin-area residential neighborhoods, drone flights are approved without issue. We will let you know at booking if there are any airspace restrictions at your address.
